Byron and Diana Elmore became pastors of CALVARY ASSEMBLY OF GOD in 1976. Their oldest daughter Jessica and her husband Leon Johnson have three daughters, Sierra, Rebecca, Rachel are stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. Their son Jonathan, his wife Rachel and grandson Mason and grandaughter Oliva live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Their youngest daughter, Jacinda is married to Allen Manuel.

Pastor Elmore received his Biblical education at Southwestern Bible College in Oklahoma City with a Bachelors Degree in 1973.  The Elmore's were married in Oklahoma City in 1972.  Pastor Elmore received his license as an Assemblies of God minister in 1972 and was ordained in 1975. He was named "Pastor of the Year" by Highlands Child Placement Services in 1990.

Pastor Elmore is known for his outstanding teaching and dynamic preaching. He is a man of love and compassion for others. He is known for his heart for missions, especially for the country of Mexico.

The Elmore's are well-loved by the people of Calvary Assembly of God and well respected by their many colleagues in ministry.
